7-days horseback tour from Tusheti to Khevsureti, passing through the Atsunta pass. One of the most impressive and stunningly beautiful trails in Georgia, which will leave you with unforgettable memories and make you want to come back again.
 

Day 1:   Pick up from Tbilisi. 

First day is depends on you what we do, if we will go early morning from Tbilisi maybe we have a time to visit upper Omalo and Visitor Centre.

Wine tasting -

Our selection includes a rare Bio full-bodied amber and white wines with deep, rich flavors.

Amber wine made from a blend of Kisi and Khikhvi grapes harvested in 2022 White wine made from a blend of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes harvested in 2022 White wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes harvested in 2020.

To complement the flavors of the wines, we've selected a mixed board of local cheeses that perfectly complement each wine. The wine tasting will last for approximately one hour.

Day 2: The horseback tour will start from Lower Omalo.  This day is a little bit long and difficult, but it rewords us with beautiful and stuning views. We will go from Omalo to the Ivanaurta valley, to the village of Sabue. From Omalo to village Zhvelurta we will follow the car road, after village Zhvelurta car road ends and starts small trail.

Day 3: From village Sabue to village Jvarboseli. On the way, we will see some villages in the Ivanurta and Gometsari valleys. After Sabue we will go down cross the river and go up, we will see villages Sachigolo, Vestomta, Vestmo, Iliurta and stay at night near Village Jvarboseli. Here is small café and we can taste some local food.

Day 4: From Jvarboseli to Dartlo. We will follow the car road till Dartlo. On the way, we will see the high settlement village in Georgia and Europe. Bochorna which is 2345m above sea level. Also we will see village Dochu. Dochu, as an architectural building of the late Middle Ages, was granted the status of a cultural heritage monument.

Day 5: From Dartlo to village Girevi. This way is short and easy than other days. On the way we will visit beautiful village Parsma. In Parsma we will see fortress and complex of the St.George icon and icon of St.Theodore.

In Village Girevi There is border and after make camping we have to take a registration.

Day 6: From Girevi to Kvakhidi. This day we start most difficult part of our tour. We should cross small mountain rivers, also we will see ruined village Chontio. This trail is difficult as well as the most beautiful. I am sureit will make a great impression on you. In Kvakhidi we will set up the tents.

Day 7: From Qvakhidi to Khidotani. This is a day when we will cross the Atsunta pass – 3520m,  and go down in khevsureti, Khidotani where we will set up the tents.

Day 8: From Khidotani to Shatili. Unfortunately, this will be the last day of our tour and our guides will say goodbye to you in Shatil, where the car will meet you and take you to Tbilisi.
